Shipping policy
We are a small business and post all of our orders out by hand, using Royal Mail and ParcelForce for larger items.
All of our products are in stock in store and we try our best to get orders out to customers the same day, for the fastest service.
Our bikes are fully assembled and checked by a qualified mechanic in our workshop before being boxed for shipping. Our shipping cost reflects this service.
Some simple assembly will be required when you receive your bike. If you need any help getting your new bike ready to ride, please give us a call.
If you would like a next day service, please let us know and we can arrange this for you.
If you need any advice with choosing the right product for you, please let us know. We're always very happy to advise. It's important to get the right size bike for example and it can be expensive to return frames or bikes for if they are the wrong size for you. Call us first and we can help you make the right choice.
