We'll provide a quote detailing recommended work. We won't go ahead without your approval.

Appointments
Appointments are recommended for servicing.
We prioritise bookings. Typical turnaround for booked services/repairs is 2-3 days. Turnaround may be subject to availability of parts.
Please note that in busy periods, there can be a 4+ week lead time for servicing appointments.

Drop Off/Walk In Repairs
Walk in repairs are welcome, subject to space and availability.
If you're happy to leave the bike with us for a while, we can fit in walk in jobs in between other booked repairs.

Terms & Conditions
Additional fees may apply for very dirty bikes! All serviced bikes are test ridden before completion, where practicable. We also test ride bikes where possible for smaller jobs. We have very limited storage space and a fee of £5 per day will apply for any bikes not collected within a reasonable timescale. All our prices are for supplied components and additional fees will apply for customer supplied parts. Bills are payable on collection. We sometimes require a deposit to begin work or when ordering in special parts.
